Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190) Visa: It is a point based category. Skilled workers are nominated by a state or territory. The visa holder may live and work anywhere in Oz permanently and may bring along their family as well.

Skilled – Nominated or Sponsored Provisional Subclass 489 Visa: Under the point based category, trained employees nominated by close relatives, state or territory are considered. Initially, a visa is issued for four years. The applicant must agree to live and work in a regional specified area.
