Conditions For Tier-1 ENTREPRENEUR Visa
Obtaining visas to the UK as an entrepreneur has its own sets of regulations. A condition for tier-1 ENTREPRENEUR visa mostly includes business details. Once the paper work gets over, it follows to forwarding it for approval. This could be done in two major ways. The less expensive one is through the government, but this is usually more
time consuming. The other alternative is quite expensive and it involves submission through a professional immigration agency.
Finally the fee and supporting documents are forwarded to the nearest UK embassy. The documents are then verified and a score of 75 on the points based system is considered as passed. The qualified passports are then stamped. Once the visa is approved, plans for the journey could be started. Thus it involves planning for the application based on the conditions set. This should be done well ahead of the journey to take care of any glitches.
Under the entrepreneur category, sponsors are not required as the person has his own business. This includes a minimum investment of £50,000 or more in a UK business. A maximum of two business partners can apply based on this criteria. This is called as the criteria of funding. This could be replaced by a second option too. It could be used by people that do not satisfy the previous condition.
This option involves having a disposable income of £200,000 in the bank accounts. The government also provides a special scheme for people who could generate jobs. Under the scheme, the government provides a three year permanent settlement. Hence, these form the initial conditions. A condition for tier-1 ENTREPRENEURIAL visa is much tougher for other categories such as investors. Apart from this documentation, the photographs are to be of 45mm by 35mm size. These should be taken with a white background for best clarity purposes. Hence, entrepreneurs are allowed with lighter norms as they are more useful for the country.
